Project Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent must be experienced at performing all superintendent responsibilities on projects being constructed above a $2 million/month pace. This position oversees all field operations and total construction effort to ensure projects are done well
Field Superintendent
This candidate has potential for advancement to Sr. Superintendent. Prior experience as trade foreman or Engineering/CM degree with minimum 5 years engineering experience. Duties include: Assist in coordination of contractors or supervision of crafts within a discipline. Observe and interfaces with contractors or trades to monitor work performance, progress, and productivity of crafts. Provide liaison between Superintendent and contractors or crafts to insure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
Estimator
Candidate has potential for advancement to Sr. Estimator. This position will prepare conceptual estimates, bid packages, analysis of subcontractor bids, and write subcontracts. Interfaces with Owner, A/E's and contractors to provide cost data in support of design development decision making. Develop GMP estimates for sustaining work projects for a large health care network Applicant must have a minimum 5 years estimating experience, Engineering or CM degree, be Timberline proficient, able to develop accurate estimates based on a job walk with verbal clarifications.
Project Safety Coordinator
Assists in the administration of safety, accident and fire protection programs to maintain safe work environment at a specific project. Conducts work area surveillance inspections, air sampling tests, employee-contractor safety training programs, etc. Investigates and ensures proper documentation of all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions, etc.
Project Engineer
This position requires three to five years engineering experience and an engineering or CM degree. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing and resolving field construction problems, discrepancies or interference's.It provides administration of the following at the jobsite: Submittal/procurement process, RFI's, document control, field cost control, and change orders. Applicant must be able to develop and maintain schedule with input from PM and Superintendent.
Project Manager
Top on-site position on medium and large projects; reports to Sr. PM in main office. Applicant must have eight to 10 years engineering experience, and an engineering or CM degree. This position provides overall administrative and technical direction, enforces company and project policies, main client interface, and insures project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through oversight of other on-site personnel.
