Benfits and Sick Days
The employee benefits provided by Andersen include complete medical and dental insurance; a Company sponsored Cafeteria Benefit Package, which enables pre-tax earnings to be used for purchasing additional medical/dental services and childcare. Employees accrue 1/2 day of sick leave for each month worked. Additional benefits include Andersen’s Employee Assistance Program.

Paid Vacation
After 6 months continuous employment, new employees will be eligible for 40 hours paid vacation and will continue to earn vacation hours at a rate of 40 hours every 6 months until the following method is applicable.
