H. A. “Andy” Andersen
Chairman

Andy founded Andersen Construction Company and is the Chief Executive Officer. He oversees company operations and is actively involved in promoting Andersen through participation in community activities.

 

David Andersen
President

David is an Oregon State University graduate and has been with the company since 1977. David’s responsibilities include overall business development, client relationship development and operations of the company.

 

Martin Cloe
Vice President of Operations

Martin is a graduate of Oregon State University and has been with the company since 1985. Martin’s responsibilities include the management of national and international operations of construction projects and the management of construction personnel.

 

Steve Tinney
Director of Business Development

Steve earned his Masters Degree in Strategic Business Management from Pepperdine University. He joined Andersen in 2003 and is resposible for Business Development and Marketing

 

Bill Eckhardt
Chief Financial Officer

Bill is a graduate of Brigham Young University and has been with Andersen since 1994. He is responsible for financial operations of the company and is the administrator of the Company’s Profit Sharing Plan.

 

Bob Durgan
Vice President of Development Services

Bob has been with Andersen since 1988. His experience developing millions of square feet of retail, residential and industrial projects serves Andersen’s clients well. He is responsible for acquisition, due diligence, master planning, wetland permitting, land use entitlements, construction permitting, construction management, financing, leasing, and public affairs.

 

Bob Okano
Vice President of Construction

Bob is a graduate of Oregon State University and has been with Andersen since 1972. Bob is responsible for labor relations, serves as Project Executive on Andersen’s assignments as well as managing project preconstruction activities.
