Andersen started in 1950 providing both design and build services. Since then, the market demand has shifted to the point where today, more than 80% of our work assignments involve us in providing CM/GC services. As a CM/GC, Andersen has made it our mission to be a value-added member of our Client’s preconstruction teams. We have purposefully organized, staffed and equipped ourselves in order to provide Clients and project designers with responsive and accurate estimating, innovative value engineering & lifecycle analysis, and meaningful constructibility input.
