Andersen’s full-time estimating group includes structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Having this expertise in-house enables Andersen to respond quickly to The Architect’s need for estimates and cost feedback before ink is committed to plans. We are able to provide in-house cost estimating for all elements of project design including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical. It also gives us an insightful capability for both value engineering the design, and marrying the most effective construction methodologies with the design approach.
